Where does the MCCC get the money to operate and pay the salaries, utilities, supplies, etc.?

The Morrow County Community Center depends on money from memberships, program fees, facility usage fees and contributions. Over the first three years of its existence, the operating costs of the Morrow County Community Center are being subsidized by funds raised as part of the Founders Campaign in 2007.

When will a facilty be built?

The Morrow County Community Center currently rents a storefront space in Mt. Gilead that is used for holding classes and housing exercise equipment. The soonest a stand-alone physical facility could be built is 4-5 years from now. In two to three years it is anticipated that the Morrow County Community Center will conduct a capital campaign to raise additional funds necessary to enlarge this current facility.
