We are continuing to refine our site - many new things are happening at the Community Center and we are working hard to get our content up to date!  Be sure to check back often for updated content and photos - and as always, you can call the Community Center at the number listed above with any questions.

We have a brand new class, Body Sculpt, starting April 28.  This class will be every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm - you can sign up for a month at a time, or drop in for the classes that fit your schedule!  It's a full body workout with focus on the core, hips and buns.  Please call or stop in at the Community to sign up or get more information.   

Another new activity at the Community Center are our X-FIT WOW's (Workout of the Week) and WOD's (Workout of the Day).  These workouts are designed to give you an interesting and challenging workout to try - and we track results on the whiteboard at the front of the center.  We've had a lot of fun encouraging and pushing one another with these the past few weeks - if you want some comraderie and are looking for an interesting workout - let us inspire you!
